Death of Rhonda Engel Markham Plaza Apartments San Jose California

 

Santa Clara County Deputy District Attorney Angela Bernhard is responsible for inciting violence against members of the public.  Angela Bernhard was homicide prosecutor in 2012 when Markham Plaza resident Robert Moss was murdered. In the process of covering up the murder, she caused the death of Rhonda Engel, who, like Robert Moss was also denied accommodations pursuant to the American's with Disabilities Act. The Santa Clara County Sheriff department has been stalking, harassing and threatening witnesses.

Thank you. You should follow up with the witnesses listed as they have more involvement and knowledge than me. Just to clarify one small point. The attack against Jason Smith was not by sheriff deputies rather they incited the attack and so did the district attorney's office. From what I gather Detective David Carroll interfered with a HUD investigation involving Robert Moss's death and he also interfered with efforts to provide funding that would keep the residents safe. A Sargent Tarazi submitted false report in court on July 28th 2017 connecting Cary Crittenden to things he had no involvement in or control over causing him to be arrested. Mr. Crittenden is outspoken public safety advocate. Jason Smith and other residents were unable to turn to Crittenden for professional help and the false arrest opened the door for the attack.

Another dead body was just found at Markham Plaza on May 24th on the second floor. This is seperate incident from death of Rhonda Engel, who died April 24th of this year. Residents are afraid to talk because they fear retribution by the Santa Clara County Sheriff department!  Markham Plaza is San Jose Police Juridstiction and the sheriff department has no business at Markham Plaza and no right to threaten the residents and harass them IN THEIR OWN HOME!!!!!!!!

Rhonda Engel died on April 24 of this year and officials in Santa Clara County are to blame for allowing this to happen. Judge Sharon Chapman let the prosecutors commit fraud in fake manufactured court case and are intentionaly trying to incite violence. Jason Smith was brutaly attacked in August 2017 right after they fabricated reports to have Mr. Crittenden arrested on July 28th and Jason Smith had to have reconstructive surgery on his face because his injuries were that severe.  This was deputy district attorney Angela Bernhard who was homicide prosecutor in 2012 when the Robert Moss Murder occured.   There are several articles on this all over the internet and the cycle continues to this day as history repeats itself! Angela Bernhard should not have been involved in this case. She is covering up her own negligence for not investigating the Robert Moss murder. Bernhard is serving her own interests and does not care how many people get injured or killed and how many lives get destroyed. They don't care. She supervised Barbara Cathcart and is directing the sheriff department to falsify police reports. 

Rhonda Engel died under similiar circumstances as Robert Moss.  After Robert died Rhonda moved into Robert's apartment and she died too. Both of them were prevented from getting help because of fraud in court cases and both of them died.

Asking the sheriff department to stop is like asking the gestabo to stop beating jews! Mr. Crittenden was not allowed witnesses at his trial and several witnesses claim they are being stalked and terrorised by sheriff deputies! They are mafia soldiers and asking the sheriff department to stop is like asking the gestabo to stop beating jews!

Some witnesses are threatened and stalked by sheriff deputies others have been tortured and beaten. I fear for my life and am scared to death that they will harm my children.

Witness Ted Scarlett was not allowed to testify at Mr. Crittenden's trial and he was tortured by Sheriff deputies and suffered a heart attack.  They used fraud in this case to stop residents from like Rhonda from getting professional help they needed to be safe.

Jason Smith was beaten so bad he had to have reconstructive surgery on his face.  He is head of Markham Plaza Tenant association and his number is 669-244-3169.  He has detailed information on Rhonda Engel critical to your investigation. Scott Largent is being stalked and harrassed by these deputies. Judge Lucas had him arrested a few days after Rhonda died. His number is 408-482-6475

Frank Carpenito has litigation going on in Judge Manoukian's court and is currently being stalked by detective David Carroll. He can be reached at 650-898-4029.  Bill Windsor and Whitney Briato have been harassed by detective Carroll and detective Carroll terrorized Ms. Briatto's family, who was not allowed to testify. Another individual has come forward claiming detective Carroll planted drugs on him to frame him.  Information on this case is still pending.

I knew Rhonda was having difficulties, but I had no idea the situation was as bad as it is and witnesses describe their lives as if it were a horror movie and their stories match. It is a never ending nightmare.

Hello Sir,

My friend Rhonda Engel was living at the Markham Plaza apartments in San Jose inwhich you are well familiar from your articles. She was on the fourth floor in apartment 409 and had been denied ADA accomodations and had numerous heath problems. She was trying to work with the Markham Plaza Tenant assocuiation who was trying to get her help. Management told her Judge Manoukian had ruled in 2012 that tenant associations were against the law. As a result of this and denial of her ADA request Rhonda passed away on April 24th of this year after they prevented her from getting help and threatened those people kind enough to want to try to help.


Appalled at the negligence, I decided to ask around and conduct some internet research and learned about the death of Robert Moss in 2012 which happened with very similiar circumstances with harassment by management and ADA denial. I also spoke with residents and confirmed these things are true.

Rhonda died in 409, thet same apartment where Robert Moss died and the circumstances were very similiar both deaths. Residents at the Markhamk Plaza apartment complex are being threatened to not talk about how Rhonda died and told they will be evicted if they cooperate with HUD investigation.

Rhonda moved in Robert's apartment after he died then she died. I also learned that 3 people died in apartment 130 and 2 people died in apartment 429.

Thank you for the good work you do and for the wonderful public service you provide. Can you please help continue expose those responsible and share Rhonda's story so it does not get burried like they did with Mr. Moss. Unfortunately I live in the area and have two young children and I am scared to death that Santa Clara County Sheriff Department may try to harm them.

I strongly believe that if authorities had properly investigated and prosecuted Robert Moss's death, then Rhonda would still be alive today. This needs to be made widely known.
