Death of Rhonda Engel Markham Plaza Apartments San Jose California

  Santa Clara County Deputy District Attorney Angela Bernhard is responsible for inciting violence against members of the public.  Angela Bernhard was homicide prosecutor in 2012 when Markham Plaza resident Robert Moss was murdered. In the process of covering up the murder, she caused the death of Rhonda Engel, who, like Robert Moss was also denied accommodations pursuant to the American's with Disabilities Act.
